Re-Enrollment & Withdrawal
n the Regular school, there are times that a student had to withdraw within the school year. The withdrawal usually is due to change in address or meaning they are going abroad as a family or going far from the City of Baguio. During the withdrawal process, a student must inform the class adviser of his/her plan to leave or the parent will have to come and inform the school though the Office of the Registrar. Before the necessary documents will be prepared such as the Permanent Record, Good Conduct Certification and other necessary papers that will be needed by the student to facilitate his transfer/withdrawal will be released, the parent(s)/guardian need to settle their accountabilities at the Accounting Office.
No re-enrollment is allowed in the regular school once the student had withdrawn. But, as they say there is always an exception to the rule. It will be on a case to case basis. The procedure of re-enrollment will be just like when you are undergoing the admission process.
